Raised on a dairy farm where my parents worked tirelessly, I understood early what resilience meant — but growing up in a small rural town also kept my world pretty small. I didn’t know franchising was even “a thing” real people did. Business ownership, to me, looked like something you inherited or something you survived, not something you chose. Despite my dad being an entrepreneur, his work was so demanding that he never encouraged us to pursue it. So, like many people, I assumed the only option was to go to college and find a good 9–5.

Later, discovering franchising opened my eyes to a completely different kind of entrepreneurship — one that was structured, supported, and actually attainable for people like me. It showed me that ownership didn’t have to mean unpredictability or burnout. It could also mean stability, opportunity, and a life designed with intention.

Today, I help others explore that path with clarity, partnership, and confidence.

Over a decade in franchising—and a front-row seat to transformation

Since 2014, I’ve worked across franchise development, consulting, and guiding candidates through the financial and practical side of stepping into ownership.

In that time, I’ve watched people completely transform their lives — parents gaining flexibility, professionals leaving toxic environments, families creating generational opportunity — all through the right franchise fit.

Supporting people through those decisions, and witnessing what becomes possible for their families, is what inspired me to start Andiamo Franchise Consulting. I wanted to create a space where people could explore ownership intentionally, confidently, and with someone beside them who genuinely cares about their goals.

    • First-time entrepreneurs

    • Corporate professionals craving more autonomy

    • Veterans and retirees entering their second act

    • Growing business owners who want to expand

    • Families building generational wealth

If you’re ready for a change but unsure where to begin, you’re exactly who I serve.

  • My work is rooted in helping people create more time, flexibility, and purpose—values that mean everything to me as a wife and mom.

And while I love what I do, I also love being able to rearrange my day when life requires it. When my daughter wakes up with a fever, or on the occasional glamorous morning when I’m covered in toddler vomit before 8 a.m., I want the freedom to say, “Okay—we’re staying home today.”

Entrepreneurship—the right kind—makes that kind of life possible. And I want that for the people I work with.

The meaning behind Andiamo

Andiamo means “let’s go” in Italian — a fitting reflection of momentum, courage, and stepping into the next chapter. It also deeply connects to my heritage: my family is Sicilian on both sides, and choosing an Italian name felt like honoring where I come from.

As I was brainstorming names, I realized something beautiful: “Andi”—my daughter’s name—sits right inside the word.

It felt meant to be: a name rooted in heritage, motivation, and the heart of why I do this work.

Helping people reach the moment where they finally say “let’s go” is my purpose. Walking beside them through the journey is my privilege.
